Coral Springs Landlord Registration Program
We are also very familiar with the Coral Springs Landlord Registration Program (CSLRP) and can help you avoid having problems with the city. All rental property owners in Coral Springs are now legally required to have a “first point of contact”. We can be your first point of contact so that you stay in compliance with the city’s regulations.
Inquire About Our Services
All rental properties located within the city should be registered as such and must have a first point of contact located in the Tri-County area of Palm Beach, Broward, or Miami-Dade Counties. Even if you want to do all of this yourself but do not live in the Tri-County area, the city still requires that you have someone else be a point of contact for them. Properties that are not registered are subject to late fees and possible other penalties. Call us now so we can help you avoid these needless late fees and penalties! Call Florida Management and Consulting Group at 954-752-0547.
